Hi, I’m Lydia Callahan! I’ve worn a lot of hats—first-grade teacher, reading specialist, national trainer, business owner, entrepreneur, and consultant. The common thread? Communication.

As a teacher, I mastered the art of asking the right questions (trust me, figuring out what a 7-year-old really knows isn’t easy) and even honed my sales skills—if you can “sell” double-digit addition to a room of kids, you can sell anything! ​

That knack for connecting carried over to my sales career, where I doubled territories, wrote training programs, and became a national trainer. When a company shakeup left me jobless, my bestie and I launched our own business, building a national sales team and sharpening my skills in strategic, organization-wide communication.
