Founder.

Evolve Consulting SC was founded by Lydia Callahan, who has led sales and marketing teams since 2012.

Lydia has sold nearly twenty million dollars personally and has built and led teams responsible for nearly one hundred million dollars more. She co-founded a sales company and ran it for eight years, growing it from two founders to a team of more than twenty, before transitioning into consulting. Across that work she has trained more than twenty sales teams, coached hundreds of representatives, and written more than two hundred scripts for video, stage, and sales.

That experience spans a wide range of industries and formats, from education and insurance to technology, health and wellness, and consumer products, and from one-on-one coaching to full department buildouts to webinars built for the stage. The common thread is an approach to selling rooted in teaching. The strongest performers Lydia has worked with were rarely the most aggressive closers. They were the ones who explained a problem so clearly that the solution became obvious.

That principle is the foundation of everything the firm builds, and it is why the work stays consistent, authentic, and relational across every engagement.
